Terms of use

These terms cover this site and what it publishes. They do not cover a project: the scope, the price and the schedule of a piece of work are agreed in writing beforehand, and that agreement is what governs the work.

Who operates this site

Tomas Tasca, an independent developer established in Argentina. Contact: dev@txmska.com.

Prices

Every figure on the packages pages is a floor in United States dollars for the scope described beside it, published so that a reader can judge the order of magnitude before writing. It is not a quotation and it is not an offer: no figure here binds anyone until there is a written agreement naming the scope, the price and the schedule.

Nothing is sold here. The site takes no payment and has no checkout.

The work shown

The portfolio describes work that was actually carried out. Part of it was done for clients under agreements that do not allow naming them: those entries describe the work and not the client, and the omission is deliberate rather than an oversight.

Describing work already delivered is not a warranty that a different project reaches the same result.

The sample sites served from demo.txmska.com are demonstrations: the businesses they portray do not exist, and nothing shown on them is an offer by anyone.

Company, product and platform names that appear here belong to their owners, and are used to say who a piece of work was done for or what it was built with, not to claim endorsement or affiliation.

Intellectual property

The text, images, code and layout of this site are its operator's own work unless a page says otherwise. They may be quoted and linked to with attribution. They may not be republished, resold or passed off as anyone else's work without written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links out to code repositories, professional profiles, stores, publishing platforms and the sample sites. The ones other people run are outside the control of this site's operator, keep their own terms and privacy notices, and nothing published here answers for what they show or for how they treat whoever follows the link.
