Privacy notice
This site is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, keeps nothing in your browser and requests nothing from any other domain. The only personal data in play is what the hosting provider records in its server logs, and whatever anyone chooses to put in an email.
Who is responsible
Tomas Tasca, an independent developer established in Argentina, publishes this site and answers for the handling described below. Questions about this notice go to dev@txmska.com.
What the site does in your browser
Nothing that is kept. Loading a page sets no cookie, writes nothing to local or session storage, registers no service worker, and fetches no font, script, stylesheet or image from another domain. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded third-party content: the content security policy the site declares permits none of it.
There is no form here and nothing is submitted. The contact panel publishes an email address: pressing it copies the address to the clipboard, and where the browser will not allow that, it opens an unsent message in your own mail client. In neither case does anything reach this site.
Server logs
Serving a page requires the hosting provider to process what every web server receives: the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the resource requested and the browser's user agent string. The provider keeps those records under its own terms, in order to run the service and keep it secure. They are not read here for any other purpose and are not combined with anything else.
Writing to the published address leaves the message and the address it came from in an ordinary mailbox, transmitted and stored by the mail provider on each side, as any email is. The data processed is whatever the sender chose to write.
Correspondence is kept while it is being answered and while there is reason to keep a record of it, and it is used for nothing else: it is not added to a mailing list, sold or passed on. A request to be told what is held, to have it corrected or to have it deleted is answered at the same address: dev@txmska.com.
Changes
Any change to this notice is reflected in the date at the head of this page. There is no mailing list to announce one through, because the site keeps none.
